The Loyal Renegade

February 26, 2014 talk 1 min read

How do you influence change for the better on projects and in organizations when existing structures are resistent? Success is rarely achieved by doing what someone else told you to do. Sometimes it requires you to be a loyal renegade.

This talk is about I respond when I think you have a better way of solving a problem. Most of it is inspired by how I’ve approached my career. Some of it is based on things I’ve read that I strongly agree with but lack the discipline to apply in a real situation.
